This project is a visual journey into the heart of Sreemangal, where the rolling tea gardens meet the daily lives of the people who nurture them. Through a series of photographs, the collection captures the lush greenery of the plantations, the winding paths that cut through the fields, and the quiet rhythm of rural landscapes. At its core, however, the project is about people the tea garden workers whose presence brings life and meaning to the scenery. Their traditional conical hats, vibrant clothing, and communal movements across the fields reflect both cultural heritage and resilience. Each frame balances natural beauty with human narrative, showing how the environment and its caretakers are inseparably linked. Together, the images form a story that is not only about the charm of Sreemangal’s landscapes but also about the dignity, labor, and spirit of the communities who sustain them.
